Bridgepoint is a founder-led practice with one focus: Quality & Validation consulting and specialized staffing for life sciences. No divisions, no account-manager handoffs, no adjacent practice areas competing for attention.
Hiring in regulated environments is different.
In pharma, biotech, and medical device organizations, quality, accountability, and documentation are not luxuries. They are part of how the business operates. When hiring is treated as a transaction instead of a responsibility, the result can be mismatches, delays, and unnecessary operational and compliance risk.
Bridgepoint exists because I've seen this happen, and I understand what it takes to avoid it.
I've spent more than 20 years working with organizations of all sizes, from small businesses to large organizations. I've worked directly at Fairview Health Services in a compliance-driven environment, hired and led teams, and worked within structured organizations where accountability and execution matter. I also hold an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
That experience shapes how I evaluate candidates. I'm not just looking at a résumé or matching keywords to a job description. I look at how someone works within structured processes, how they approach documentation and accountability, and whether they can perform effectively when quality and compliance are non-negotiable.
I work with life sciences organizations in two areas.
Specialized staffing: I provide rapid access to expert quality, compliance, and validation professionals for contract and permanent roles. The goal is to put experienced people in place who understand the requirements, constraints, and culture of regulated environments and can contribute quickly.
Project consulting: Utilizing our vast consultant network, I identify and onboard expert support for critical quality and validation initiatives, including quality system remediation, inspection readiness, and validation. My background includes quality systems, CSV and CSA, ERP validation, and regulatory affairs.
My approach is straightforward. When you need talent, I focus on finding the right person for the role. When you have a critical project or quality challenge, I focus on bringing in the expertise needed to solve it. Contract or permanent, staffing or consulting, the standard is the same: clear communication, follow-through, and a real understanding of what needs to happen.
I work as a partner, not a pipeline. You get consistency and transparency from the first conversation through placement or project close. In regulated industries, the wrong hire or a missed deadline can mean more than lost time and money. It can create operational and compliance risk. I don't take that lightly.
If you're hiring for quality, compliance, validation, or other specialized technical roles, or you need support on a critical project, I'd welcome the opportunity to learn what you're working on.
Outside of work, I've volunteered as a youth baseball coach and as a fundraiser for Como Zoo. I spend a lot of time outdoors, in particular hiking on Wisconsin's many trails.
A firm this focused makes different choices than a full-service staffing shop with a life sciences division. That's not a limitation — it's the point.
No handoff to an account manager once the deal is signed. The person who scopes your search is the person who runs it, from the first conversation to the final shortlist.
Quality & Validation for life sciences is the whole practice, not one line item among several. That concentration is what makes detailed, regulation-specific screening possible.
We work with a limited number of clients at a time so every search gets full attention, not a rotation slot in a high-volume desk.
No obligation, complete discretion.
